This place destroyed the dress for my son’s wedding.The seamstress there had plenty of time to take in an inch on my dresses. Made me try on and measure and everything. When I get there to pick up, the lady who runs the dry cleaning admitted she had to rush the seamstress, and that she was dealing with personal stuff. Then do not taken on the work! As a customer that is not my issue, she tried to charge me for one piece that she had not even touched. I still ended up paying over $100 for the WORST alterations job. String hanging out, nothing we had discussed to alter was done. One shoulder taken up more than the other causing me to look lopsided. I will never return here or recommend this place to anyone for these services. Fire that seamstress she does terrible and unreliable work for an occasion she knew was so important and charged way too much. Makes the whole business look terrible.

Needed three pants hemmed, directions were agreed upon directly with the tailor for pick up on a specific date. I came in on the day agreed-upon and my pants were not even touched. Poor and unacceptable service.

WOW!!! WHAT A1A SERVICE FROM CROWN CLEANERS, from the start that Clara and Cecilia kept the door open 2 minutes after closing and took care of me, even knowing how to spell my last name that has a silent later which surprised me, they treated me like I had been a customer for years, but truly it was my first time stepping into this store and I was getting this treatment, Now that impressed me immensely!
Making their customer service an outstanding process from start to finish. But what really shocked me was there dry cleaning service, it was truly impeccable. Finally all the The staff is incredibly friendly, customers coming in and out are well manners and smile and the owner Aziz is simply a gentleman, and extrlemy extremely nice. Truly this Every experience here has been top-notch. Definitely the best in TOWN!"

Love this place. So affordable, quick, and professional. I needed a pair of slacks altered last minute. I gave them a call and they were able to make it happen for me basically overnight. The staff is so nice and warm!
