Drive thru very slow . It can be 1 car in front of me and I still wait about 25 minutes before I'm able to drive 2 window . Then when you drive to window you wait another 8 mi uses before you be seen.

Dropped off medicine was told it will be ready by 6 , went at 6:45 was told it will be ready in 30 minutes , went at 8:30 was told it will be ready the next day, never had this happend where cvs is playing games with my medicine,never using this location anymore horrible

The worst cvs I have ever been to, there is not enough staff to serve the number of clients thatGo to this site to pick up a medication, you may end up waiting in line for 45 minutes or more because there is only one person who attends to pick up inside and pick up outside.

The pharmacy's customer service is incredible. I was standing in line for like 10 minutes because the workers were decorating for Christmas?, as if decoration were more important!! Is incredible!

It seems disrespectful to me that it takes so long to withdraw a product. They take more than 20 minutes for each client. They should put more agile people to work.

If I could give less zero stars it would be perfect. You call the pharmacy and you have to call more than 5 times to see if they will hopefully pick up the phone. They practically force you to go in person because it seems like they have a hard time answering calls
