Pharmacy departments excellent treatment and service. I was impressed with such good treatment when delivering a new prescription. I had never ordered medicine there. I think I will change pharmacies. I recommend it.

Cool place with fast service. I mainly get meds here using their pharmacy and it is usually a 5 min wait time and the staff knows what they are doing and are very efficient.

The truth is that if I could give more stars to the people at the Navarro pharmacy on 16th Avenue in Hialeah, I would give them all: excellent staff, very attentive, pleasant, charismatic and willing to help, especially the doctor, today they were all there tomorrow helping me solve a problem so I could have my insulin at a better price, and they did it with the best attitude in the world, 100% grateful to all of them, the country needs more people like that, people willing to help and who be passionate about what you do, undoubtedly they are like that! I changed my pharmacy to them and I don't regret it, I couldn't have made a better decision, once again THANK YOU TOTALLY!

The store is very stocked, but the perfume department is always without staff to serve customers and when it appears it does so in a rude manner.

I would like to clarify that my comment is specifically for a worker named Jaquelin. An extremely rude person, my husband asked her for an extra bag very kindly and she disrespected him very rudely, and I didn't want to give her the extra bag and then she started laughing, it is evident that she must have some disorder. You shouldn't be working with the public when you are so disrespectful

Good service, very friendly workers, but the pharmacy service is very slow, since there is only one employee who is always friendly but sometimes the medicine is urgently needed and there is a queue and delay because they should have put another employee, since it is medicines that we are going to pick up.

Very sad to know in such a wonderful store the employees cannot have their tip. When they serve us very kindly every day, it is very sad that this happens, they should give their employees that opportunity... thank you, I hope your employees take this into account.
