It is incomprehensible how CVS continues to let this location manage business and customers this way. At any point in the day early morning, late evening, the pharmacy always has a line half a dozen people deep. There is always only 1 incompetent person working and rather than having a proper system in place they have to ask the pharmacist questions with each and every customer. Prescriptions are never ready even when the system says they are and the organization of the prescriptions itself is chaos. The staff are rude and I understand why, the way the pharmacy works makes customers mad and take it out on staff and then in return the staff respond with rudeness. CVS really needs to overhaul this location because they claim this is a high traffic location but treat it like a CVS in the backwoods. I've begun to move my prescriptions to a local pharmacy because dealing with this place on a regular basis is not good for my mental health.

I come to this pharmacy often to pick up my mothers medicine who is a senior citizen. This pharmacy used to have much better service. I don't know if the management has changed but there appears to be much less employees behind the counter. The lines are long and the wait takes forever. I feel sorry for the employees that are running around performing multiple tasks. It's impossible to give good service when you only have one person taking orders and giving the prescriptions. Something needs to change it's very frustrating coming to pick up medication and having to wait over an hour.

I don't like giving these types of reviews but it leaves me no choice. I had a request from my elderly aunt to inquire about a message left by the the pharmacist regarding her husband's medication. I was on hold for 42 minutes and no one picked up the phone. That is terrible customer service. I really hope that someone from management reads this and corrects this type of situation. If there is no one to answer the phone, then it's a management type problem.

We are visiting from California and my husband left his medication at home. We contacted our provider and since they do not service Florida, they said they would send a refill request to CVS. After multiple submissions by our provider and doctor to a pharmacist or employee named “Tom”, and confirmations via internet receipt and opening of the transmission by CVS from our provider, CVS pharmacy said they did not receive the prescription. My husband’s prescriptions are life saving, and there are consequences if does not take them. Both medications require slow reduction of the prescription in order to stop without severe consequences. I have to commend both our doctor and provider pharmacist for call CVS and remaining on hold for over one hour to talk to the CVS pharmacist, no one ever picked up their calls. The doctor realizing the extreme issue with the medication has sent them via express mail but they will not be received until Monday, that is the best that they can do for him. My husband has never had to take any medications in his 69 years, and since these are very recent, it was easy for him to forget to pack them! I just wish I had picked them up and put them in my bag! Fingers crossed that my husband will be okay.

Manager amary Vega continuously lied about having a medication and lied over and over again and in purpose made me wait and wait and kept telling lies about the status of the medication .

The amazing pharmacy team at the 101 Hialeah Dr. Never stops!They are incredibly nice, will help you with any issues you may have and are always helping you save money.It’s a Great place to do a little Latin comfort food shopping too. I get all my favorites there like black beans, caldo gallego and all lot more.It’s my one stop shop for everything now.Beautiful store, very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

I waited 40 minutes for a prescription that was "ready for pick up" (I received 2 emails and 1 text) and the lady suddenly said "I can't find your items.. sorry. You'll have to come back later. We can call you if you'd like" Are you kidding me?! This is so disrespectful. Having me there waiting so much to even ask my date of birth and then after providing it taking double the time and then just telling me "come back later.. we can't find it?" I can imagine THE MESS that's inside that pharmacy. Wow. Completely unacceptable.
