I needed some painkillers (Avhil), ibuprofen and acetaminophen, but they were locked. A girl helped a customer and I told her what I needed, but she told me she would help me later. I WAITED FOR HER AND SHE DID NOT COME BACK. IT WAS HARD FOR ME TO FIND HER.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent shopping experience at Navarro Discount. It was frustrating to find no available shopping carts or baskets to help place merchandise while shopping. This resulted in an inconvenient and uncomfortable situation, as I had to carry everything in my hands while navigating the store.
Additionally, the checkout line was exceedingly long, which only made the experience worse.
I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements to ensure a more seamless and customer-friendly shopping experience in the future.

I have always bought in this Navarro and lately the staff they have is not very polite, they are rude and serve with very bad will and are despotic with the customers, precisely today at 8:12am I went to buy and at the checkout I asked for $20 and Mrs. Nieves was very rude and poorly educated and treated us very badly, if she did not have money in the till to give it was her duty to inform before and not treat one in such a rude and lack of manner Respect, I think that personal problems are left at home because we all have problems, but no one has the right to treat others badly 💔

Although they received the prescription from my doctor in the pharmacy, they wouldn't accept the good Rx discount, sending me rudely without explanation. Got it done immediately at the Walgreens nearby. Horrible employees, with no manners and a nasty, dark dusty place.

Nothing like Navarro, if you can say that it is the best and most varied Latin store in Miami where you will find everything from camphor to the Scott emulsion that they gave us when we were little.

I rarely go to Navarro, because sometimes it has good prices, although everything is already expensive in Miami... It's a place where you can find certain cheap things... In other Navarros that I've been to, not in this one, the attitude of the cashiers didn't impress me. Liked.. They have bad tempers.. Bitter.. And even rude.. The one who served us here was very pleasant.. The one at 12 Ave del SW and some of the 32 Ave and 7 St.. They are quite pedantic.. They treat the buyer with unpleasant attitudes.. And I say this because the staff of this place has to be more patient and tolerant with customers, it has not been in a single place of the So many that they have, there have been several that I have seen these attitudes..😔
