I just had an unpleasant experience in the perfumery part. I made a purchase of 2 perfumes, lady million and agua di gio. The lady who served me at the time was pleasant, she asked me which agua di gio I wanted, the 85 dollar one or the 119 one, I told her to give me the large one thinking that it was the same version that was on display, but When I get home and open the perfume I realize that it was not the one I wanted. I immediately returned to the store, it didn't take long because I live very close to the store. When I arrived and spoke to the same cashier, the situation changed completely, she almost left me talking alone in the hallway until she found the person in charge at that moment, another lady who introduced herself as the manager, whether she was or not, no. I know this because how do I know, but it was a woman with shoulder-length red hair who worked today, Saturday, February 1, 2025. When I tried to explain the situation to “the manager” again, she practically wouldn't let me speak and I swear she wanted me to stay with her. the other perfume claiming I had to know that that was the perfume and the other EAU de toilette. I asked them how come I, as a customer, had to know that, that they know that as store workers, and if the perfume is not on display, I assume that the largest one is the same version that is on display, because sometimes All of these, the cashier who helped me didn't let me know, maybe she didn't know either 🤔. “The manager” treated me in a very bad way and I told her that I no longer wanted to talk to her that I wanted someone above her to talk to, obviously the bosses don't work on the weekend so she wasn't there. After talking to someone on the phone for a while, he agreed to give me a refund since he was going to do me a favor because that was a loss for the store, the lady's exact words. In short, a very unpleasant moment with very bad treatment that I do not recommend going to and if you are going to buy, ask carefully what you want to buy in terms of perfumes because the cashiers expect you to be an expert in perfumery and from the box you know what type of perfume it is. Today I visited this Navarro by mistake, they have the worst customer service, you can't find the products where they should be and you ask the saleswoman and they give you a bad answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU VISIT THIS NAVARRO.

This Navarro location the pharmacy staff seems to be lost and disorganized at all times.
Pharmacist (female) has a defensive and rude attitude.
Lines are always long and only one staff member looking for the medication and processing the charge.
On June 3rd I attempted to contact the pharmacy and they answered the call and hang up.
I had to call about 8 times until finally someone responded.
The service at this location is getting worst and worst by day.
CVS needs to finally do something with this location and the training of these pharmacy staff.
They need a whole new team wanting to work and give true customer service!
This is unacceptable!

Terrible attention from all the pharmacy staff, they are arrogant, they are not supportive or empathetic with the people who arrive in need of their services, today I arrived with my 92-year-old mother who had just left the hospital after 10 days of admission and needed an antibiotic to continue the treatment at home, it was 5.34 pm and just as if I was asking him for a beer he told me I can't receive the prescription because we closed at 7.00 pm and he wasn't even moved by the situation that I was presenting to him, I don't recommend it to anyone This pharmacy and this is not the only time I have received mistreatment.
