The entire team at this CVS store is superb! They treat everyone with the upmost professionalism, respect, compassion, care, and love! They make you feel as if you were family and not just another patron/customer. My mother and I are thankful to Jenly, Jarkenia, Dunia, and the pharmacists, Kidenia, and Ricardo, for their commitment to excellence on a daily basis! It warms our hearts and gives us a sense of hope and joy in seeing such wonderful human beings, all working in collaboration and in a selfless manner to help their patients/clients achieve the best possible outcomes during their visits to CVS pharmacy! CVS should be proud to have such a great team that goes above and beyond in representing their company legacy and milestones. We are once again thankful to everyone here for always being such wonderful medical professionals!

I moved my pharmacy prescriptions to Publix. This cvs is very busy and NEVER enough employees to help. Plan to spend min 1hr in line at pharmacy.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY.
Absolute worst pharmacy in all of Hialeah. I am a customer of the walgreens across the street but my husband's insurance is only accepted through CVS pharmacy. I have never waited so long in my life to just drop off a prescription. The walgreens across the street is 100% better and faster and i just don't understand how any process at a pharmacy could take as long as it does here. It doesn't make any sense. I have been sitting in the drive thru line for over 30 min with the same car infront of me that has not moved. What could possibly take this long? Either your prescription is ready or it's not. If there is an issue with your medication then you most likely have to call your doctor or insurance company. There is absolutely no other reason for any pharmacy to take this long. Please don't even mention it being busy because again, busy or not, it would not justify waiting for more than 30 min to either pick up or drop off a prescription. AVOID THIS PHARMACY AT ALL COSTS. do yourself a favor and go to the CVS in Miami lakes.

Pharmacy is not the problem in this store it's the rest of the store in which is degraded the carpet is stained and smells badly someone from CVS office needs to bring this store back to operating standard very disappointed in how this store has been abandoned.
