The CVS at 18478 NW 67th Ave, Hialeah, FL 33015, needs to improve by hiring employees who are geared toward customer service and assistance. During peak hours, the pharmacy has a long waiting line and poor customer service. In addition, the store reflects poor maintenance and cleanliness.

The absolute worst service ever. I don’t know how they are still open. I had a route canal and was prescribed serious pain meds and they thought I should just take Tylenol. And if you look at the 5 star reviews they do have they’re written by the people that work there! They should be shut down. What a waste of a company.

I give one star to be able to write this review. We are in the presence of a work group that is mostly SOQUET, SINIC and MOCKING, they feel empowered because their supervisor is even worse than them. I have been collecting two medications BETAMETHASONE and CLOTATASOL for a year and every time I go they tell me that I have one a month, even though I show them what THE PRECIPTION INFORMATION indicates, they insist, until they call, wasting your time at best. cases, because other times they tell you to go at a certain time and when you arrive they tell you that the medicine is not ready yet. Far from feeling ashamed about this that has been happening for a year, they get upset when you demand of them. I never thought I would find this in the US, this is the same thing that happens in CUBA. This happens because we are living in a MIAMI where leaders and bosses just take their money and leave, they are not interested in mistreating the elderly.

To pick up a medicine, you have to come with plenty of time, something incredible, they can have a giant queue that they don't flinch, something incredible, and please, the spiker in the store is horrible, tormenting music with a volume as if it were a tavern and not a drugstore .

Worst CVS Ive been in my entire life, the pharmacy is a complete chaos saying that my prescription was sent wrong under another name and I literally show them the papers from my medic. Poor managed and lines are 30min to an hour wait at best. Switching pharmacy immediately. Henry the staff pharmacist is a joke of how he treats customers. shame this isnt another times

Does not mater when you come here the service is horrible. Gladys at the register stops the clients once they pay to have them write a review about how they were treated while there is a line of customers in a rush to pay. Horrible service if I didn’t live so close I would never step foot into this place. It’s ran by poor educated Hispanics.

Worst CVS ever seen. The lights near the pharmacy sign at the back are blinking since 3 months ago.. Everything looks dark inside the store.I received a text msg for meds ready and when I went to pick them up the meds were not ready. The young lady at the counter Maria C. has zero customer service manners. Please respect your customers.

they always mess around with my meds! always something going on! "Ohh its a supply issue but you can drive to Plantation location! They seem to have it!" Plantation in about 13 miles away! Dealing with this people for over a week to get my meds,I feel very disrespectful!
