This pharmacy is the biggest lack of respect I have ever seen, it is impossible to communicate with you, they have an answering machine completely in English, you dial 0 for a representative and what they do is hang up on you. Last month, I reported it to the staff and they were working based on it, but I don't believe That they have been dealing with something so simple for a month, that is, for me, they did not report the situation.

This pharmacy is always quick and efficient. The pharmacist Chabely Perez went above and beyond in answering all the questions I had on my Linzess medication. My gastro doctor was not aware of the common side effects with this drug and the pharmacist was more than glad to run through them with me. She even helped me lower my out-of-pocket pay by searching up a coupon on drug manufacturer website.
I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for more answers and quick efficient service.

Well, yesterday my experience on my day to pick up my son's medicine was great, I could say excellent!! the person who helped me \"Azlin\"If only all the staff were like her...that pharmacy was my favorite place, very friendly, agile, fast, very attentive to knowing my needs as a client.....very happy to know that she is there now... My experience this day is very different... like the previous ones, I could say with a lot of waiting :(...not with a good disposition, not everyone is the same, with respect to aptitude! each one makes a difference as Azlin made it, <3

Unbelievable 4 CVS persons in the pharmacy and only 1 attending customers when they have a line with 15 persons waiting. I have 1 hour in the line waiting for my turn and surprise my medicine is not prepared, when yesterday they said will be done for today at 2pm. And of course I said I can not loose another day without medication. So, I wait extra time to the CVS lady prepare my medicine.
