This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. One would go crazy watching the "patient" employees assist the same person for an entire hour while there's a line stretching the the isles. I wanted to get a covid test coming out of work , I should've just went home I stayed in a line and decided to ask if they even had covid tests, I was told they were on isle 18 , so they must have assumed I knew exactly where it is and exactly what it looked like. Ridiculous. The 2 employees were a little older but that is no excuse to take your sweet time with one customer when you have a whole line. The pharmacy people had to exit the pharmacy area just to help me find it. ALL IN ALL THE MOST GARBAGE CVS IVE EVER BEEN TO. I can assure you I'll never come here again and if I do need to and notice that the same employees are here I will walk back out knowing I will not be assisted by them!!!

The front desk employees are very patient and kind . 2 employees at the front desk are not enough for the amount of persons who arrives to the place is always pack .Computer system is very slow Company must hire more employees for this location it looks abuse . I spent 57 minutes at drive true today with only 2 cars in front of me .

The worst customer service ever!!! You cannot get a hold of anyone at the pharmacy! EVER!!! they pick up the phone and mute you or place you on hold without saying anything! THE WORST!!!!!!

I was with my cousin trying to print out some photos today when I asked the manager lady with the blonde hair for help she said that the computer doesn't have any labels to print out the photos. When we both check the other computer it had the label on, we both printed the pictures. We both waited in the line for 30 minutes and it was just 2 people working. The manager in blonde hair talking to one of the customers asking questions & doesn't do her job right. The other lady doesn't even know what she doing. People are just standing there & saying stuff to the manager to hurry up. 15 minutes goes by the manager went to help another customer for some perfumes, the other lady in the register called me for next in line I didn't wanted to go because there was another lady with her child to pass, but lady in register just told me to come and skipped. Me & my cousin asked about the photos that we printed & the lady said that the photos never printed & that the computer doesn't work or print. So we both wasted time and we went home. They need to hire new managers that can do there job & get more people to work.

IN A SUMMARY OF WORDS SO THAT THEY DO NOT GET TIRED WHEN READING THE PHARMACY WORKERS ARE INCOMPENTENT, THEY DO NOT WANT TO WORK AND WHEN YOU DEMAND YOUR RIGHTS THEY GET HARD ON CUSTOMERS POSTING THEIR MEDICATIONS FOR MORE DAYS THAT ARE NECESSARY LIKE MINE WHICH IS FOR AN INFECTION I RECORDED AN ANTIBIOTIC RESET BY THE DOCTOR I HOPE SOMEONE TAKES ACTION ON THE MATTER AND DO SOMETHING TO CHANGE THIS HORRIBLE AND DISGUSTING JOB AT ONCE AND FOR ALL.

Worst Pharmacy EVER ! They recently changed their hours from opening at 8am to 9am. I asked the pharmacist that was there if she could please help me and give me my perception as they are also closed now from 1:30pm to 2pm daily and it's the second time I can't get it. She very rudely told me what do you want me to do you have to wait until 9, I'm not even supposed to be here. The lack of empathy is crazy to me. It's takes zero efforts to be nice.

Worst experience ever. If I could put a 0 star review I would do it. What should have been a 15 min max service by the drive through became a 1 hour wait, at the end I could even do the COVID test which I made an appointment for.

Increíble que entregue' personalmente una prescripción temprano en la mañana de ayer,hoy a las 6.50 pm(mucho más de 24 horas) y habiendo recibido un mensaje de q estaba lista,me acaban de decir q espere 30 minutos,q van a prepararlo ahora.MUY MAL SERVICIO.

Had appointment at 11:30 for covid test. I got there 15 minutes early. It is 12:37 I am still waiting on them. I Will never come here again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Made a covid test appointment 2 weeks ago and arrived to my appointment on time just for them to tell me that their "system is down". Why not call me to let me know before I drive there? Waste of time. Avoid this place for covid testing.

CVS Corp doesn't care about the bad reviews I have to come here because my work insurance is the only pharmacy I was in line inside for 46 minutes for a necessary medication for my son who has seizures the line had 10 people out had 12 cars. This is abusive they wouldn't this in broward

This is by far the absolute WORST CVS in the entire area. Every single time I wait 45 minutes up to an hour in the drive thru for a prescription pick up. They never have the medication ready, if you get someone to help you that speaks English it's a miracle. But the worst of the worst is the fact that you wait so long and the Spanish older lady with glasses and conveniently no name badge .. should definitely not be working in customer service at all. The rudest human being I have ever met. You would think they would feel bad that they have you waiting for such a long time... HA yeah right. Ended up having to come inside because she would hang up the phone after she spoke and wouldn't allow me to respond or ask any questions, had to press the call button on 3 occasions not consecutively because of her hanging up and turning around.

45 minutes in line outside... 6 cars.. 2 have driven off... 4t minutes and im still waiting. Only 2 cars have gotten their meds and driven off!! There should be 1 person only for drive thru. This is ridiculous!!
