In this PHARMACY it is a disaster, the medicine is never dispensed when I arrive to pick it up at the pharmacy, they always treat you coldly and too badly, they always have a different problem and they solve it by saying to come back the next day, for me they have to make a change of personnel a 0 out of 10

Horrible treatment by the pharmacy staff, they treat you with a lot of disrespect, they give little importance to the problem you may present. Everything horrible. 🤮

Terrible pharmacy assistance. The lack of education of the pharmacists who work here is incredible. The medication I take for my head was not refilled and according to the people who work here, I have to be ready to call for them to refill it even though the doctor has already done so. I don't understand why? Older people, how is it possible that they have to pay attention to this, it is something unnecessary, I think they have no desire to work or serve the public. Please if you don't like your job just go work somewhere else. I didn't get there without treating anyone badly and I received bad treatment. What a lack of everything. They need to change their staff. Or will it be a requirement to work there to be a person without education and with a bad character? Asked

I had a troubling experience at CVS related to my personal information and prescription. When I went to pick up my medication, I discovered that an employee from store #05466 (a location I've never even visited) used my profile to fill a prescription for someone else under a different name. They didn’t revert it back afterward, resulting in someone else receiving medication under my account.
To make things worse, my preferences were changed to Spanish, even though my personal information—like my date of birth, phone number, and address—remained the same. This means another person might now have access to my sensitive details. This was a major violation of privacy and HIPAA law, and I expect corporate to reach out to address this serious issue.

Just came from the drive-through window and the young girl just dumped the plastic bag with the medicine in the drawer and shoved the drawer to me and walked away. What has happened to being polite, some sort of courtesy. A simple “thank you”or “have a good evening”??? Even if I change stores, I feel it’s the same every where. Hialeah, what can I say.

I arrived at the Navarrese today in the morning. It was less than 9 am, the OTC store was closed in the back. When I go forward, the cashier Victoria, when she saw me that I was going to do the OTC, told me that that was in the back, I told her that the cashier in the back was empty, with a bad attitude she told me of course that there will be at 9 am, and with tremendous Bad attitude tells me that there are no employees, that it takes a lot of time, tremendous bad character, bad attitude, horrible. I went back and spoke to a manager and made the comment, then I saw that the manager came forward to help her at the register.

Good afternoon, the service at the pharmacy is bad, they take a long time to answer and if you call by phone they tell you to wait a moment to attend to you and in the end I end up hanging up on the call because they forget that you are there waiting and in the end you do not receive attention.

Horrible service I was in the store on Saturday it was only one cashier I try to reach the manager asking to 3 people working there and nobody pay attention to me the line was so long that I decided to leave and not buying anything after I’ve been there for certain time looking for my needs, I am retired from CVS and it is a shame what is happening my name is Magaly Castillo.

The pharmacy staff serves the public very poorly, they don't know, they always say that there is no prescription for not working, they treated me very badly, with rude behavior and they left the counter, they are not ethical, I would like to speak with the head of the pharmacy I have never experienced staff with such little education. I have a very, very bad opinion of that pharmacy. You have to leave that pharmacy.

The worst store I have ever been in, terrible service and what I can say about the pharmacy, they do not help customers and provide bad service and very mistreatment of customers, please stay away.
