Very bad service from the pharmacy staff. First, they don't answer the phone, second, they tell you that they are going to prepare the medication for you so you can go later and they never send you a message. Third, you have to go again and then they prepare the medication for you, as if you did nothing that day. They send me a prescription for a medication as it is and they say no. Mainly the young ladies who seem not to be well prepared.

Very bad attention, they don't want to work, they don't want to print photos, they don't want to do anything, it seems like they are working in Cuba

They never answer the phone at the pharmacy, there is no staff to attendIn the pharmacy. Very bad attention. It's been more than a day since they sent me a treatment for the asthma and COVID that I have and the answer they gave me is that there were many sick people and now I ask after I drown or get well why I want the terrible treatment but very bad to be desired. Something like this never happened to me when I was in the Navarrese that they attached there in that store. And the most beautiful thing about it is that they give you answers,,,,,, not answers and in Hialeah it seems that we have to realize that we are in the United States. What they have is disrespectful. After spending more than 48 hours and me complaining, they call me and tell me that they do not have theMedication that they sent me there at their pharmacy. That was the answer so if anyone reads this opinion, draw your own conclusions.

Women at pharmacy speak no English. They take 15 minutes to deal with 1 customer. Just to pick up my prescription took 45 minutes and they are the worst customer service I’ve had. Someone from CVS needs to audit this location

Interesting combo! This Navarro-CVS is on the corner of W. 12th Avenue and W. 29th Street in Hialeah. We have iguanas and ducks in Broward, but here, they have chickens roaming the parking lot.I swung by to get my daughter’s favorite baby cologne that has been like a family heirloom for decades. ? Yes, it can be found in Broward but I was here already! The service is warm and genuine. Everything is continually being stocked and they carry the regular merchandise found in our local CVS pharmacies with the added Navarro products which are not.Altogether, my experience was good and I’m so glad I stopped here!

Absolutely the worst CVS location. Judging people. I stopped to get my child a gift card and purchase a soda. I was told I could pay for the soda with my credit card but would need to pay for the gift card in cash. First CVS that happens to me in. Pitiful staff at the perfume counter and manager she asked when I told her that other CVS don't do that.Manager agreed. SMH

I RARELY write a review. However, I don't understand how this pharmacy is still open with the TERRIBLE service i'm always given. This is not just one time, two times, its EVERY TIME. There is always an issue on their end, they don't process RX my doctor sends directly, unless I call and tell them to process the RX. Just now I called, waited 20 minutes on the line, and hung up because they answered the call, and put me on hold without saying anything, I continued to wait until it was after 1:30 that I know they're in lunch, then I hung up. This happens very often that I call almost half an hour before lunch, they answer and wait until after 1:30 to hang up or answer and place me on hold until after 1:30. I have been on "hold" for over 30 minutes before , I drive to the pharmacy myself, sure thing, just people behind walking around letting the phone ring and ring and ring. The sad thing is they should be serving their community better and they just don't act like they care. I will refer all my patients elsewhere, and as for me, I will change pharmacy. Can you tell i've had enough with this pharmacy? DO BETTER!

When this location was just CVS before Navarro purchased CVS it was good. Now that it’s become Navarro/CVS it’s horrible. The music is so loud that if you don't come in with a headache you’ll leave with one. They have turned this location into a mini market. They even sell shoes. The hallmark section is not enough to find a card for every occasion. They also sell supermarket items. It’s insane. The lines are incredibly long. Not enough employees. Now as for the pharmacy, you find 7 or even 8 employees behind the counter and the line is also long. Until very recently you could pick up or drop off prescriptions on both lanes in the driver be-thru. Recently I used the outside lane after waiting five minutes I was told that I could only drop off prescriptions in this lane. I was told to go around which I felt was not their best customer service. The lady didn’t care and ignored my request. When I told her this was the first I knew about this. She indicated there was signs posted. (I’ll get back to that in a moment) I didn’t drive around because at this point there were 5 cars waiting to be serviced in the first lane. I decided to go inside and the chaos was overwhelming. I have now decided to move all my prescriptions to Walgreens. I don’t feel I’m shopping at a Flea Market in their store. Today I picked up my last refill prescription and decided to drive by the drive-thru to check the supposed sign that the lady was referring to on my last visit.I have included pictures. I’ll let you be the judge.1st picture shows the signs imagine you are driving up to the window on either lane. They are assuming you stopped and read the sign. SERIOUSLY? They believe you will or expect you to. 2nd picture is an enlargement of the first picture. To show that anyone could easily inform this sign. Wouldn’t it be smarter to cover the BIG RED SIGN that says “SERVICE IN BOTH LANES” I don’t recommend this location unless you have no other option. To Navarro I never shopped at your store prior to your purchase of the CVS stores and I am not about to start now. It’s truly a shame that CVS didn’t purchase Navarro instead. I hope not all CVS become Navarro/CVS!

Wow the worst service in the world!!' I ordered online canvases. When I get to the store they didn't have the canvases done nor did they call to let me know that they didn't have the canvas. When I ask to speak with the manager of course They don't speak English. And can't solve the problem what's so ever.
