I just wanted to share a quick thought. The pharmacist, Karim, is such a kind and patient man. He always ensures that patients understand any contraindications. However, the tall blonde lady who works some shifts with him can be quite rude and mistreats the patients. It would be great if they could ask her to improve her manners if she is going to work with the public.

Having to be quarantined due to having covid I am happy to report that this CVS location had my covid med (paxlovid) available. I am truely grateful to them for this. CVS Pharmacy always have my back I recommend them to all my friends and associates.

The pharmacy staff is very friendly and professional, Dr. Karim and his assistant Carmen are very nice and will answer any questions you may have. I have never had a complaint from them, quite the opposite. They are excellent professionals.

I only come to this cvs because it’s in a target and it’s two blocks away from where I live. I dislike highly when I get attended by the tall long blonde hair lady with dark eye make up. She’s extremely rude & seems bothered all the time. It’s very uncomfortable feeling to even give your name and date of birth. Or even ask if you have another upcoming refill , she hates it there. Lady do better please. Everyone had problems and kindness goes a long way.On the other hand 10/10 stars for karem he is always so patient & clearly there to help others. Thank you for being a kind person.
