Visited this location which was right up the road from my Hotel room. I wish I knew this earlier. I would have visited earlier during my work-trip instead on the last day of it. I liked the store and the great variety of Caribbean base products offered.

I went to the pharmacy the other night to pick up two medications for my partner and I specifically told the girl at the counter named Laura (who clearly seemed distracted and upset) WHICH TWO medications I needed and she even confirmed the names of them and when I get to the car my partner opens them and sees that one of them is the wrong one that she didn't need to pick up and the girl charged us $10 for that one and when she went in to explain and return it, the people there told her that she couldn't return the medication and that she would have to come back another day to talk to the manager. So even though the incompetent girl unfairly charged us and gave us the wrong medication, we have to suffer the consequences. I won't go back there because every time I go there is always a problem. I will be switching to another pharmacy because the staff here are clearly incompetent and unhelpful.

Excellent experience we bought many items using our CVS card with discounts. My wife and I enjoy going there all the time. It’s quite a shopping experience for us and the prices are very reasonable thank you CVS for being there for our family.

I had a great experience at this CVS pharmacy! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. My prescription was filled quickly, and they took the time to answer all my questions. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location! The pharmacy staff was amazing and efficient

They always make you wait in long lines so that when they serve you they treat you badly, someone tells you one thing and others another, they never agree on anything. They have very bad management

This pharmacy is horrible, I go every week and every week the waiting line is longer, only one person waiting in line has to do something, the time lost is too much

Terrible waiting service, 4 people to serve and it takes 20 minutes in line being number 2 in line,
I returned the following week and it was the same issue, a line inside and outside to pick up, it took me 45 minutes to wait.

I sincerely hope the District Manager for this pharmacy location reads this review and takes immediate action to improve how they treat their patients.
I used to love this pharmacy—it had been my go-to for over four years. I am an understanding person, so for me to take my business elsewhere, they must have seriously mishandled my situation.
For the past year, I have been filling my pet’s prescriptions here since she was diagnosed with cancer. There was never an issue with our vet’s office calling in the prescription—until suddenly, without warning, they refused to accept vet calls. They told us we needed to bring in a paper prescription. Frustrating, but fine—it’s their policy. However, when we did exactly that, they refused to fill it because they claimed it “did not look like it was signed with a pen.”
The issue here is not just the requirements themselves, but the complete unwillingness to help, the lack of reasonable options, and the way we were singled out. Other CVS locations had no problem filling the prescription, but they didn’t have the medication in stock.
What truly upset me was the disrespect from the pharmacy technician, who referred to me as “that lady again, the one with the dog that’s always sick.” My pet is dying. She has a name. If it bothers you that patients are simply trying to get life-saving medication, perhaps you are in the wrong profession.
To make matters worse, the new pharmacy manager Keyling Lopez is incredibly rude, dismissive, and lacking in basic empathy. She made no effort to listen or understand my situation. She threatened me to not fill anything else for us if we dared to escalate this situation to corporate as “she is the ultimate ruler” and if we didn’t like what she said to just leave to another pharmacy. If I could just go somewhere else I would have done it already, however for my disgrace they are the only ones with the medication in stock. If you cannot relate to the fear and heartbreak of losing a beloved pet, the least you can do is show professionalism and courtesy.
I hope this review leads to the necessary changes—because no one should have to go through this just to get medication for a dying loved one.

I have never been treated so rudely in my life as I was treated by the pharmacist in the cvs. They do not try to help the client, unfortunately this is very common around the area. No one cares to help or treat customers with respect. I highly recommend finding a different pharmacy!
