I waited on the line from 7:40pm til 8:00pm and the worker closed the drive thru even though there was 2 cars waiting for a while and not being taken care of before closing time. Lack of customer service

This pharmacy has no explanation of what it is like from the staff to the delivery and finally the manager complained to me several times because the delivery they have does not take my medications, she turns them back and says that there is no one at home which is a lie because I am always there 24 hours a day because I have a 2-month-old child and my mother is also keeping that away. I explained what was happening and according to her it is not the fault of the pharmacy but of the delivery company so I do not understand if there are so many complaints about it because they have not taken a solution today I come for the fifteenth time to look for the medicines because once again they did not bring me the medicines for the same reason and I come to look for it and the medicine did not appear for 30 minutes I was waiting it is a lack of respect

Answering service sucks! Cannot get a live person and does not give option. No other way of refilling an important prescription! Disappointed, to say the least!!!

This cvs pharmacy is terrible. Literally feels like their trying to kill someone 2 days in a row and they still don’t have my medicine this is definitely the last time I will use this pharmacy for my pills so trash.

Pharmacy staff is very rude, they do not answer the phone when calling a prescription in. They’ll leave you waiting and not come to the phone. Avoid this location at all cost!

Is the service terrible? If you call by phone they never answer and the lines to the pharmacy are super long and one of the managers is always on top of the customers watching you with her bad face and if she sees you walking around the store she wants to take you out always treating the customers badly. They should move it from there

This CVS is HORRIBLE, don’t waste your time going there. First of all, the store is infested with ants. Do not touch anything because chances are that you will carry those ants back home. Second, this store cannot print pictures because it never has paper to print photos. This is what usually happens, you order your prints, wait for confirmation, drive to the store to pick them up only to hear that they don’t have paper to print the photos. For customers like me who have children it is difficult to waste time, the pictures I ordered were for a school project. NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!😩😤😡🤬

No photo paper available to print Kodak photos. But the person in charge said that I doing something wrong. I needed to wait at least ten minutes or restart from the other computer..

After my complaint a "customer service" finally put the paper and started printed all the pending photos including my photos. No Thanks, No scuse , Nothing.
As usually Kodak has Excellent quality .
Awesome technology vs. unprofessional staff.

The service in general is terrible. But, especially the document printing service is not working, computers with screens facing up are synonymous with breaking or not working.

Es increible la desisidia que tienen hoy esos empleados, por favor RRHH a ctualiven a su personal, educacion, servicio al cliente, profesionalismo, más de una hira y nadie sabe nada, la manager dive que no puede moverse ya que esta sola y el el local vacio, que s8 no esta el producto se lo robaron, q7e ellos no se pueden mover, triste esta tienda!

I was picking up my meds on 06/13 and that pharmacy did an amazing job! They were able to process my order quickly, answered all of the questions and did a fantastic job! Will fill my medications at this location next time.
