Hello!!!!, I hope this msg is reconstructive, in this place there is a lady who works there working with a loud speaker (with political topics) I don't think the dollar tree (store) is for listening to these topics loudly among the customers. Every time I need to reload my MAJORITY card I have to pray that a kind person is here to do it for me because when there is someone who doesn't want to work they tell me they don't have that service but I walk around waiting for the shift to change and that's it. person, if they do it to me, don't hire people who don't want to work, you have a situation and trouble in which you can't wait for them to change shifts so they can take good care of you.

With this comment I want to put in writing the poor customer service that exists in this store. I have been shopping here for years but I feel that every day they are worse. On 2 occasions I have eaten products at a price and when I get to the checkout they give me a bad face because they have to make a void and on top of that they call the manager to remove the product from the machine and instead of solving the problem and serving the customer
As they should, they don't do it. This is the second time they treat me very badly and when I tell them the price I had, they go and tear off the price sign and say that it's old, yes, but it's not my fault that it's old and they haven't updated the product. It has happened to me twice and the other night it happened to a woman who was in line and a tremendous scandal arose because the cashier and the manager, who by the way is the same one who is now on the morning shift, seemed like neighborhood scumbags. You don't have ethics, if you don't like customer service please look for another job, I for one won't buy a single piece of gum there anymore, I hope this comment is read by those who have to read it and do something about it.

Horrible customer service.That's why I go to Family Dollar. At Family Dollar, they greet you when you walk in, and when you ask them where something is, they don't act like you're bothering them. Never again. Very rude store.

Very good prices, especially the sweets and cleaning products. However, we found a bag of chocolates that had expired 1 month ago. It is unacceptable that they have these products for sale. The cashier's attention was very good, the environment was tidy and smelled good.
