Terrible Costumer Service in this store. It doesn't matter if you go or if you make the purchase online, in the end how you have to go pick it up the abuse is the same. Despite taking out Appoiment for the pick up, it turns out that after noon the scanner to process the delivery does not work!!!!, seriously

The cashier who helped me this afternoon was very friendly, the store was tidy, and the line moved quickly. I always buy the yellow Tide detergent there, the large gallon for $8.95.

Don’t come to this dollar general. There are never carts in this location and if you do get one, the cashier people will get mad at you for touching it. I try to get 3 items or less every time I come because how am I supposed to carry all of my merchandise? The other day I went, I was carrying so much stuff that I dropped an item (food) I was carrying and it spread all over the floor/isle and it got messy, that is an inconvenience for both the customers and the owner of this location. This has been going on for months now.

What a horrible experience. Placed an order online to go pick it up it said between 12-1 pm went at 12:30 I asked the cashier she says I have to wait because the lady in charge went out I waited 10 min I go to her and she is talking to the lady who tells her that she is not going to do the order that if I wanted the stuff I’ll have to do it by myself there I stay there acting like I didn’t hear her and she comes back and tells me that I need to cancel the order because her system doesn’t work I tell her no and she “tries” helping me out when I had to pick every item I order once again by myself and she was complaining in front of other customers like if it was my fault ,spent over an hour to get my stuff if online says the offer a service they should offer it if not just take it out and don’t make people waste their time

My favorite quick pick store, the ladies are amazing and it has become one of my daily shopping stops, even when they are low on inventory, they are always so sweet! Gracias chiquis! Son lo mejor!
