Cashier with very bad treatment of customers. It's a real shame.

Employee MARBELY very unprofessional and rude!
Arrived 10 minutes early to the store and waited for manager to open.
MARBELY approached ME to tell me that they arrive at 8:00 am to open the register and take off the alarm. I explained to her that the store opens at 8:00 am for the customer as it shows on the door. She continued to go back and forth with me until she said “I’m not the manager”.
I told her then don’t talk to me PERIOD. I was patiently waiting but don’t test my intelligence as if I came from CUBA last night.
Then, she said “Yo hablo cuando me da la gana”. VERY RUDE!
Someone needs to show her customer skills & professionalism.
You should not be screaming at a customer and definitely not saying “I speak whenever I feel like it”.
NEVER stepping foot there again! Clearly their clock is not on time based of the other reviews.

If you don't like working, go back, because if it says outside that they close at 9, it's at 9...not at 8:50,

They always close before the closing time, which is 10pm. If you get to the store 15minutes before 10pm, the doors are already locked and they treat you in a very ride way. The lady manager starts calling the customers as if you were in a primary school and as if you were at her personal business or own house. Unfortunately, this practice has become common in Hialeah.

The cashier at cash register 2 on the 14th in the month of January 2024, at 5 or something, treated me in a derogatory and very rude manner.

Very organized, unusual in Hialeah, two cashiers working and it was mid-day, there was a line but it was fast, well stocked, only the 3 and 5 area, it was very poor, which is also normal

It's a shame about the location of this Dollar Tree, and its variety of products and that it only has 1 cashier. Very friendly staff. But when it comes to paying an odyssey for waiting.

The cashier didn't give me my pizza hot pocket that I paid for. She rang me up twice for the ham and cheese one. I'm never coming here again. I only came because after I took my exam this was the closest dollar tree to me. I know it's just $1.25 but as a broke college student I need every single penny. That's why I come here to get a good deal.

Nice modern big Dollar Tree store in Hialeah. I got some items to organize my drawers and other parts of the kitchen. You can spend $5-10 per basket at high end container stores, whereas here, it's only $1.25.I liked the size of the store, the neatness of the items on the shelves and the variety of stuff they had for sale.The lady at the checkout was nice, she had a thick Spanish accent, so I eased the conversation by speaking with her in Spanish...I made her smile.
