They should have more staff in this store. A few months ago an exhibitionist was bothering women in their aisles and on Monday, November 25, I saw a woman and her daughter blatantly stealing things, they fled in a black VW Jetta. There was only one cashier and no one else, the checkout line was very long.

Very bad, I won't go there again. I went looking for balloons for my son's birthday and the clerk insisted on selling me balloons that were already inflated, and according to her, they looked deflated. She didn't want to find me another one. I don't recommend that place. Imagine I was in Cuba, where they don't want to work.

I always shop at this brand stores,they have good food items well price.only problem,is long check out lines, usually only one,or two casher are working!

I went to process a return and make the line in one of the registers, when I was next the cashier, which it was a young man, told me that he was closing the register to go to the next one, he did not care that I have been making the line and I am a pregnant woman, I asked him, do I have to make the line again, and with no compassion, he said “yes” there was another lady on the other register that supposedly was the manager, she heard what was happening and she did not say a word. The young man was going home and that is why he did not care, I have always gone to this dollar store, but it is very sad how they do not care about providing a bad experience. I had to make a long line again and no body cared; they forget they are treating human being and have no compassion, not even to put themselves on my shoes not even because I am 8 months pregnant, and it was not fair, he closed the register exactly when it was my turn after being waiting in the line, I don’t know if it’s racism because of my skin color or what it was but I felt mistreated.

The place seems stocked to me, the truth is you find quite a few things but unlike other years, not all of the cashiers, but some with a bad attitude, as if they were doing you a favor when answering a question. The truth is that if they do not hear you well or they give you few hours, it is not fair that the clients who are only going to spend our money pay the consequences, whether it is a bad supervisor or a bad job from the one who hires and does not notice the staff. who hires I asked him for two birthday balloons and he told me in a grim manner that two and that was because they were reasonable. Maybe we are already in Cuba.

Dec 28, 3:00pmThe manager on duty was a complete unprofessional, sourpuss. She did not open another register until the line was quite long and when she did it was with noticeable grudgement. Also sighing loudly when the cashier requested dollar bills for the till and when others had to excuse themselves when trying to walk around her. She clearly doesn't like her job nor has any interest in customers having a positive shopping experience. Perhaps quit and let someone else who actually gives a damn and is thankful for having a job. Additionally, a huge amount of empty shelves throughout.

There were few people in this place, but what caught my attention is how little offering there is compared to previous years and other places of this type outside of Miami. Otherwise everything is fine. I return to this place and the offers remain more or less the same, now with the busiest start of school.
