Since this company is used to saying the same story about the dian if it is used clothing that the clothes are good, that is, you have to send the clothes that one votes to the trash they do not even send the documents from the dian to check if it was like that separately no they answer to say how much is the money is an unreliable company

I had a bad experience with this company on two different occasions. I sent two boxes with gifts for Christmas, they opened them in Colombia, they stole them, they reseal them, they call me later to tell me that the DIAN retained them and that I have to pay an excess of $84 because they " They think "that the value that I said I had was more!" I made the consignment a few days later they took the box to the recipient and to my surprise they had stolen more than 13 pieces of clothes, shoes and vitamins, they are not responsible ????

Sadly, the attention of the staff was terrible, glued to the cell phone and when I paid her, she didn't have a simple 3 dollars back and her haughty attitude and at the end the box was ready and she didn't want to place the shipping label stickers on top of the box in our presence, and that shows distrust for the client.
