Terrible jewelry. I bought a medal for my son and it didn't last even 1 month. Then they charged me almost 30 dollars to put the battery in my Movado watch and after that the watch got water and to finish I bought some Chanel earrings there that cost me almost 300 dollars of supposedly 14kt gold and it turns out that the earrings were crushed. On the other hand, my mother-in-law went and bought a handle and twice she had to go and change it because it was rotten, it broke on her hand and a ring she bought broke more than 3 times and every time she goes they charge her for fixing it. The truth is that they seem to have very poor quality. Now I am doubting if all the clothes I have bought there are really gold.

Hello, to all those who are interested in buying some Jewelry very much... Be careful to do so in this place that impacts you from the first moment but they are fake items and they sell them to you as originals, a week after buying some items for my husband And for me we returned them because they were damaged and according to the owner they are made of more Libyan gold, she has no respect for her or her clients and they don't take anything to repair because they change everything and then they don't give you a solution.

If you have the opportunity to read this review, my biggest advice is not to buy anything here! the owner Raquel is a thief! This woman says a price and then charges you another, adding extra for anything she invents - and then tells you that you can pay when you look for your garment that is already fixed so that the next time you return you won't remember the amount and they change the price and steal some more! Madam, if you read this review you are STEALING and people clearly realize what you are doing! Be careful and don't buy anything here!!! first and last time!

The owner is an arrogant lady. While I was trying on some earrings and deciding, she got upset because a worker was wasting her time with me. According to her, “””so I left what I was going to buy there and she never received my money. In the end, Hialeah is full of jewelry. I don't know. I recommend it to anyone. Look for others where the owners take better care of the Costumers and have time and patience to sell their merchandise. It took a star from me because I didn't have a lower one.
