This is by far the worst storage facility in Miami. Every time I’ve been there, it’s absolutely filthy. But my last visit was the final straw—there were clothes, boxes, and piles of trash dumped all over the entrance. It looked like a dumping ground, not a business. I immediately moved my stuff out because there’s no way I’m trusting this place with my belongings. On top of that, there are always sketchy people lurking around. To make matters worse, they are raising prices in September. Avoid this place.

I’ve had a great experience at Storage Rentals of America on Sunnybrook Rd! The facility is always clean, secure, and easy to access. What really makes this location stand out is the management—Victoria and Guillermo are super helpful and professional. They made the whole process smooth and were always available to answer my questions. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and peace of mind!

I recently closed my unit and moved my belongings out due to a terrible experience with an employee named "Ju Ju". Although my case was escalated to the regional manager, it took several days to resolve. I recommend renting elsewhere if possible. The employee was very rude, and I hope she receives proper customer service training to improve her interactions with customers.

My experience was very bad, the 2 elevators were broken, they gave me the third floor, I had to carry the boxes up the stairs, the Facebook application was a disaster, I rented a 5x5 and the first month it was 1 dollar and when I went to the storage it came out 5x5x5 You couldn't remove that application, as a result I canceled that one and I made another one in the place with the result that it was more expensive, and nothing happens, one very bad day and the insurance makes it mandatory for you, then I have to go and remove it but forced initial, a total disaster.

Dont u ever think renting here to place value items, the criminals are breaking the storage unit from cealing fense and they storage the stolen item inside the unit that they have rent. If you observe in the video you will see the tool that they use to cut the fense, and we notified management and they don’t even remove it and also people leave there. We move our items to another location due to we lose more than $30,000 dollars in items.

Don't even think about renting this place, they are stealing a lot, forcing people to enter and steal everything. Bad service in every way, customer service is terrible.
About 35 thousand dollars worth of expensive equipment was stolen from me.

They just stole all my tools, generators, plus 10 thousand dollars of clothes, shoes in their gol cars boxes.
