This place is terrible, in 1 month maybe 2 more than 70 robberies have occurred in the units, to all the people who rent there, I just let them know to turn around and check their things, because they are stealing from the units and cutting them the wire and they go in to enjoy the things you keep there, you call the police and they do nothing, just make a report and wait for something to happen. There are people living inside, they rent a storage room and since the security is not good, they stay there, they even bathe in it, that also lends itself to many other things. The cameras are there for pleasure because there is no control of the place. Even though they say that only the police can see it, when they rob you. But as long as the stick is going well, they continue enjoying themselves and destroying the entire place. I hope they continue to catch the people who are dedicating themselves to stealing and destroying the place. They also tell you that they are going to call for someone to come fix the unit and if you don't fix it, the gap will continue for a few days and your things will be in danger of continuing to do so. I don't understand why they allow this to continue happening, when we have to pay to have the things there, how expensive it is. I hope they have better control of the place soon.

INSECURE!!! In this storage they steal and destroy your belongings. The management turns a blind eye, and does not make reports. The police go up to 3 - 4 times a week for robberies committed here... We will file a class action insurance lawsuit that yes...

HORRIBLE! This Public Storage is absolutely awful. We had $30,000 worth of belongings stolen from this location. The manager, Eddie, allows people to squat there illegally and they break into storage units and move them to their storages and then sell the items. They also changed our locks so that when we arrived we couldn’t even access our own storage unit. We had to call a locksmith. Two of the squatters have been arrested and charged with burglary. We retrieved 3 of our motorcycles. They also stole our Mac Desktop, and priceless items like photo albums and paintings. This place is being used for organized robbery and MANAGEMENT is involved and ALLOWING it. Camera footage has been DELETED from this “24” hour surveillance company and reports about these robberies NEVER reached corporate. We are the 4th robbery to take place in the last month. The doors are supposed to stay closed with code access only and they have purposely been left open at night for these squatters to come and go as they please. PLEASE save yourself the travesty and DO NOT use this storage. Eddie told us multiple times that he “reported” these events to cooperate but NO ONE has done anything to remove these criminals.

The service here is below minimum effort to accommodate the clients. There’s no one in the office to help with anything almost all the time. There’s no cart for moving things to/from units. No bathroom access. The manager plays his own music at high volume here at all hours of the day or night out of his own speakers not something of the facility. I went with my kids sleeping and they woke up due to his music blasting right by the door where you park to load/offload. I would not recommend this location.

My small unit price doubled after 3 months. Also, their policies are wildly inconsistent from corporate and change depending on who you talk to here. And someone told me to bring cash for a service request lol. It’s ridiculous.

The customer service that Carmen provided was excellent! The moment I arrived she was helping someone out but made sure to acknowledge me and that she was going to be with me in a moment. She went ahead and showed us an example of what we were looking for, she definitely knew what she was doing! She was great! Thank you Carmen!

I got a great deal for a storage place here while I was moving. Carmen also helped me out a bunch when I was done closing my contract. Only drawback here is the carts are only available during business hours.
