Scheduled a tour that wasn't honored and I was rushed through the process. After wanting one of the units, it was rented to someone else as I was filling out the application. Horrible customer service.

I moved out of Fairway View Apartments on April 14th and just today (June 17th) finally received my security deposit back—over two months later. The process was an absolute nightmare. I was constantly given the runaround, with no clear answers or updates. At one point, I was even told by Soraya Solano (worst property manager) that someone had already cashed my deposit check, which was both alarming and unprofessional.
The lack of communication and accountability from the management was incredibly disappointing. If you value transparency, responsiveness, and basic respect as a tenant, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. This was by far the worst move-out experience I’ve ever had.

I leased here and by far my worse mistake. If Your a new move in just know your going to be blamed for everything. And if you are young STAY AWAY as they are very discriminating to the young. Office is very unhelpful and rude. Also bugs come in through the door always and the parking is horrible. I definitely do NOT recommend living here and I’m running as soon as my lease is over!

I've been a resident of Fairway View since 2016 and I can tell you...this place is WONDERFUL. The staff in the office...Soraya and Rocio have always made sure that our place was taken care of and any issues were resolved fast. I love the pool and gym, and the grounds is well kept. I also love the walking trail. Just know if you come to live here, these folks have your back and you will enjoy it. This is an honest report!

If I could leave zero stars I would, let's start with the fact that every time you report something damaged it's like asking them for a favor they do a miserable job, I prayed for three months that the washer and dryer was damaged before they fixed it for me Now let's talk about the staff, they are very hateful, they don't have good customer service at all, they don't know how to be polite, then the administration of those people will leave you without a deposit, I'll let you know at once, I know several neighbors who had the same thing happen to them, they stopped renting and They never returned the deposit, the same thing happened to me, even if you leave the apartment in good condition, they will look for the smallest detail and without arguments to not return anything

I lived in that residential area for 3 years, they didn't give me the apartment in perfect condition but I didn't give it any importance, I gave the apartment in perfect condition if I knew they were going to discount me for the microwave and topper and I thought it was $500 at most, they checked the apartment before delivering it and they told me that it was in perfect condition that I even painted the stops because I cannot afford to deliver something ugly, but what do they do? They supposedly charged me and that the apartment was damaged and when they received it they had told me that it was fine that they would only charge me for the microwave and topper, but no, they did everything possible to take away the entire deposit of $1400, it seems like abuse to me They really are such thieves because that's what they are. THIEVES

Hello, I have been living here for a few months and really when I arrived I was impressed because the apartment I started living in was not very clean (no details) I went to the lease office and the Manager Soraya, very attentive by the way, immediately attended to my needs. In a couple of weeks I resolved my situation. I was very pleased with how quickly both the Condominium manager and the maintenance team attended to me, very fast and effective. So far I am super pleased and I love the quiet community we live in. I've only been living here for three months and so far everything is positive...I hope I have found an ideal place to live for a long time, time will tell.

You don't have your own parking, my car can't be any more scratched, most of the time you don't even have a place to park because 10 people live per house and one person who is paying rent doesn't have his own parking, well, anyway, if you're going to live here, don't buy New car !!! Well, my car woke up with a broken headlight and it's $1,200 and you don't even know who it was because, as I told you, you don't have your own parking!!! The parks are so narrow that you can't even get out of the car unless you park on a corner and most of the time you have to park far from the house!!

I notice everyone that leaves a negative comment you guys always say that y’all have no record of them living here well your gonna say the same about me of course this is not my name but yes everything negative they said is true not to mention they went up on our rent 300 dollars every year we have been here stating they don’t know if our rent will increase until we let them know if we are renewing our lease well it’s against the law and you won’t get us this year.yes the they send out notices of things not to do but don’t follow up this place is a joke kids play in the parking lots next to cars and parents allow them people pay to much for cars for kids to damage them trash pick up supposed to be valet joke they drag garbage so of course the porch is stained with garbage and they clean it when it’s convenient for them they don’t care about nothing but getting money so yes those negative comments are all true it’s 11:00 pm on a Sunday night trash still not picked up would not recommend any one to live here how do I get these pictures if I don’t live here

Currently live here and everything was okay for a couple of months. However, it is too expensive here to have ants and roaches . We have reached out many times to get issues resolved and no one has reached back out. Too much work to try and go any further. Will definitely have to consider renewing.
