I went in yesterday to buy pampers for my daughter I had a $10 off coupon from the pampers app which is accepted at family dollar I grabbed my pampers and when I went to pay the rude ass Cuban lady at the register refused and refused to take my coupon telling me she is not allowed to take coupons. Even after showing this lady that the coupon is valid in family dollar she still refused to accept the coupon. No where in the store or in any posting in and outside of the store does it say they do not accept coupons.
This was around 1 pm I believe

This afternoon today just at 4:25. Pm, I bought an item for 17 dollars, by mistake, when I returned to the store. ,,and a lady claims to be called flower, with a terrible attitude, she did not want to make the return, exposing the client and with zero professionalism,, you arrive in this country with treatment and education,, because the client is the one who pays and returns when it is right attended,,,that the manager will return the next day leaving me with the word unfinished,,,those people should not work with staff,,I make a call,

The work of Mrs. Flor Ricardo is terrible, this lady has already had several disagreements with several costumers, on different occasions witnessed by myself (she sends the costumers to do the job of not watering the store and so on).

That is very normal here in Hialeah. I can say that the vast majority of employees treat us with rudeness and arrogance. I am tired everywhere you go and it is like that and they even look at you in a bad way and with a bad attitude that lacks respect. I wish it were different. But it is the great reality. I hope those who hire value the importance of good customer service but that is not the case in this city and that someone pays attention to it.

They sell expired dairy products, always check expiration date. I brought it to the manager’s attention and she just told me that it was Pepsi’s fault, that it was their product. Well, the store is the one selling the product, they should always check what they are selling to their clients.

I just left this place and the service is terrible, the worst. I asked an employee the price of something and she told me she didn't know, I told her who knows, and she told me to ask the cashier because she couldn't know all the prices.
And when I asked for the manager the cashier told me that it was her, the same person who had given me an out of place answer.
