I had to send an International package to Canada for the first time. Juan and Ramedes provided great customer service! The process was quick and smooth. Not to mention the price was affordable and actually was less money than what I was quoted. I will definitely be using FedEx for all my international shipping needs. Thank You

They break your things and then say they won't pay for them because they don't have insurance. It seems that not securing them gives them the right to break them.
