This guy's suck, after a whole morning waiting for an allingnment, they left the weel twisted, and made me wait another hour
To fix it. The worst part, they charge as much as the dealership. I would never return.

I took my car to change 3 new tires and when they delivered it to me they broke one nut and lost another which left my car without a nut on each side. Add to that the waiting time they told me was 1 hour and I ended up waiting 3

They do offer great customer service, but they way they pull off their knowledge come as dealer type mechanisms in way flat tire is not their number one priority. They will tell you that they can't offer you services since my tire it's not on the best shape. They always push for brand new tire. I took my car two different shops seeking different answers. As result my tire is good shape. This sadly scam on my local tire shop.

I had a terrible experience at Firestone Complete auto shop on NW 186 St. Hialeah. They are dishonest and will take advantage of you. I brought my car in to inspect brakes and they ended up charging me for unnecessary services that I never asked for. To make matters worse, they hold on to your car for hours and double charged me for labor while the mechanics are on long coffee breaks pretending they are working on your car. It's frustrating to feel like they are only interested in making a quick buck rather than providing honest service. I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for car repairs!

Unfortunately, my last visit was not good. I went for an oil change and my car came out with a defective sensor. They did not take responsibility for this sensor. I ended up losing time, money and even had to be towed because my car was stranded in the middle of the road. It's a shame, because up until this point I had Firestone selected as the company with which I would do everything related to my car, but that has already changed.

I own a CLA 250. I went yesterday and was quoted $315 a pop for Turanzas 95H. They said to come back later. I couldn’t, so I sent my little brother the next day.
Oscar—without knowing a ticket had already been created—quoted my little brother $815 a pop for the same tires. When I got on the phone he tried to play it off and offer a discount.
Oscar, you LOST A CLIENT all you had to do was service because you tried to pull one over my little brother. You lost credibility trying to make an extra buck. Next time, do the right thing.

Just left. Went for an oil change. There are about 5 lanes. Each one occupied with the same cars as when I arrived. (I waited about 45 minutes) I counted 4 mechanics. All of them sitting down when I got there. All of them sitting down when I left. (Don’t even try to argue with me on this, as I sat across from them on the curb watching) Asked for my keys before letting the front desk guy with the long hair know those guys were just sitting around. Instead of taking initiative and getting those guys to do their job, he went and just handed me the keys. No apology. I’m next door at Jiffy Lube 3 minutes later getting attended to. You guys need to do better.

I Had an appoitment at 9:00 AM .to buy 4 new tires .as soom arrived they could find me even that I have the confirmation on the app .at that time they order the tires .I had to spend all morning waiting for the tires to come.then whats the purpose of make appointment .?also there a diferent on the price that if on the app .even that said out of the door price.etc . Also Cx service terrible .I never ever come back there.

Called to see if anything was available for a brake inspection and possible splash cover repair. Was told there was availability and to come in. Arrived within 10 minutes of the call and saw that the shop was full. I asked about an estimated wait time and was told about one hour and a half. I left and called at the hour and a half for an update and was told the car was going to be brought inside now. Waited another one hour and a half. Showed up to the shop after 3 hours of waiting, and the car was still parked in the same stop I left it and was never brought in. I decided to leave and take business elsewhere. There needs to be better communication with customers. If they are busy, I can understand; however, If one calls to check if anything is available and is told to come on in, and 3 hours later the car is not even brought inside, then something is not working right at this Firestone.
