Worst customer service ever !!!! People are very rude at this store . I was touching an item that i was going to buy and a lady that works here came at me saying in Spanish that ( eso que estaba tocando no era para jugar ) she meant to say that i couldn’t touch or see what i was buying. The store is the worst.

I went on Sunday to change a skeleton, because it was missing a hand and they didn't accept it because I didn't have a receipt, I ended up buying another one, that shouldn't be it, because I explained that I had the card with what I bought it and it had the same label , they should be more careful and be more responsible, the store was empty, they lose customers because of these simple things

The store has many useful products at a very good price, but… The customer service is terrible. Today I was in the store and decided that they have automatic payment checkouts but they are closed and there were 5 employees and the confusion is real, a help from a man who is the only one who knows how to do his job, but the rest watching the line and nothing walking back and forth ignoring the line. An employee eating lollipop!!! How professional she was and she didn't know how to help customers at the checkout. We need help in the Hialeah stores because the confusion is great. Train your employees.

Store is always stocked with a great variety but most of the time only 1 out of 6 registers is open even with long lines on a Saturday afternoon
