I tried going in right now at 9:36pm and the doors were closed. The store closes at 10pm!!! And the doors were closed 24 minutes early! This is unacceptable. More people were behind me trying to go in and we all had to leave. This shows that the employees don't feel like working on a Sunday night.

I had a horrible experience with the employee that works at the self checkout cashier after I bought my stuff I saw there was nba trading cards next to the cashier and I was as pointing at that cards asking her how much and then she gave me an attitude and Screamed into my ear saying YOU CANT TOUCH THAT when I didn’t I was just pointing at them I was going to buy a few packs but after she did that I walked out the store I will never be going back unless she isn’t there it’s some tall light skinned old lady she’s Hispanic

I had a bad experience, the associates have an attitude for no reason. There are self checkout machines for us introverts, but an employee scans and is next to you like I am buying a diamond ring… I had to laugh

They have 6 self checkout lanes but close all but one with a associate maning the self checkout, need to wait 10 minutes to be able to checkout

Extremely rude customer service! I went to buy 4 gift cards. The lady at the self checkout cashier said “ayyy no yo no se como hacer esto” & She calls over another employee to help. A male came & I’m guessing he didn’t know how to put money in the gift card either & told me “eso no se puede hacer”. I asked him if all the registers were broken to buy gift cards. He raised his voice & said “pero tú no entiendes que no se puede”. There are people begging for jobs & it’s a shame hiring incompetents works with no customer service.

The products and prices are good. There are 6 self-checkouts and they close 5 of them and then check you out at the 6th (As in the employee stands right next to you at a self checkout and scans it themselves). The customer service is also lacking, I was waiting to pick up an online order in the front but I had seen the employee heading to the back earlier while vaping in the store. I was waiting for 10 minutes only for one of my products to be missing. And I understand it was out of stock but I had ordered online to avoid that since it had said it was *low* on stock when I ordered 5 hours earlier. Overall, wouldn't recommend if you're in a rush.

To me and refused to give me her name initially and rated herself

My permission in the checkout counter. When I requested a supervisor she said she was the store manager. What a horrible experience as a frequent shopper I will no longer visit this store because of the treatment at today’s treatment. She asked if this self built robot my son brought in with him into the store was going to be paid for. Are you serious!

There is not customer service. Associates and manager are talking among themselves and not paying attention to the customers. When I was paying, the lady who was there quickly gave herself a 9 as a review without letting me do it. And when I asked her why she did that? If it's supposed to be the client's doing it, she simply ignored me.

Worst customer service ever !!!! People are very rude at this store . I was touching an item that i was going to buy and a lady that works here came at me saying in Spanish that ( eso que estaba tocando no era para jugar ) she meant to say that i couldn’t touch or see what i was buying. The store is the worst.
