The place is well-organized and has a good variety of products. I was served by Alex, a young man but very knowledgeable in his areas, both inside and outside the store. I am very grateful for his attention and service, and I hope that both the managers and owners know how to value and reward his good service and customer care.

I’m a regular customer at Floor and Decor. I had the pleasure of meeting Barbara Garcia your sales rep. Being that I didn’t have the best experience last time until I was assisted by a sales rep I was expecting same kind of customer service. Barbara changed it all positively. She was helpful patient and did not rush me into any decision. She was knowledgeable and professional. Barbara is an asset to your business living in such a competitive place where everything is so accessible. Thank you Barbara. I’ll be looking for you for my next project.

Oh when you go, ask for designers Anna J. or Shelton A. They were both tremendously helpful in helping me with tile selection and grout choices. On my second visit, Shelton helped me with not only tile selections and grout choices, but in negotiating a fair price for a display item that was the only one in the store that color and style and assisted with loading it on the back of my truck. Kind, expedient service at the Miami Gardens location.

Martha, the cashier was fantastic! She patiently made sure that the products we were purchasing matched our previously purchased items and checked that all items were in great condition. It was a pleasure to be assisted by Martha.

Franz and Mia were extremely helpful, efficient, and polite. We had only a half hour to shop, make our selections for bathroom tiles and shower floor tiles, and purchase the items. They showed us several options of each and helped us compare all of them. Then they quickly calculated how much we needed of each tile, plus the thinset, and grout! The lady at the register assured that all was in good condition, and the loaders help put everything in our SUV. The service all around was terrific!!!

She kindly guided me and directed me to a sales professional who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Martha’s dedication and customer care made my visit very pleasant and efficient. My visit to floor and decor in Doral was amazing , ABBas was such a great help and he gave us tips on how to mix tinset and choose some very beautiful tiles for our dream home. It was topped off with Franz by giving us coffee . They were truly amazing . I would definitely recommend.
