The business is open Tuesday through Friday from 11am to 4pm. Walk-ins are not recommended due to a tight parking and lobby area; appointments via call or email are advised. While diagnostics wait times can be longer, customers feel 100 percent confident in the company for all repairs and won’t look elsewhere.
The lady at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I've got my DJ controller fixed with a warranty from Pioneer. I definitely recommend this place.
