I have made signs for two of my offices with this company and had an ok experience. Just contacted them to replace the whole front of the lightboxes with the new graphics as I redesigned my logo, for my surprise I received an email from the owner saying the following four words and nothing else “we don’t do that” that was the answer of the owner to a customer that has spent thousands of dollars with his company. Being a business owner I truly don’t understand how people like this stay open for business. Wow!! Keep up the good work.

I tried contacting this company maybe 7 times by phone and email. They said someone will “call you back”. Nobody did. I gave benefit of the doubt and called a day later and they still didn’t entertain my potential business. I said I can email the rep. I did just that, and still, never heard back. Truly and disgracefully unprofessional!!!
