If I could have given them a negative star, I would have!! Very unprofessional. Do not have me sitting and waiting for an hour when I was told someone would be with me in about 15 minutes. Then 15 minutes passes by and then I’m told they will be with me after they get through eating. They finished eating and bypasses me and take customers that came after me.
I may not be fluent in Spanish, but I definitely know when something is being negatively said.

What the name says “Friendly” from the time I entered, which was only 3 mins before the said close time. However, they welcomed me as if they were just opening. Let me not forget, I got the best foot massage ever during my pedicure. :)

Honestly the best customer service I have seen at any nail spa near here. Took me in right away and did a beautiful job! I recommend trying them out I had a pedicure and a refill with gel polish.

IF YOU LIKE HAVING YOUR NAILS DONE RIGHT DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolute trash service, the woman who attended me was so rude and cold to the fact that she was missing my nails and cuticles completely and simple cutting through my skin. She put the base coat right top of it and seemed to get annoyed that i was in pain. She’d put nail GLUE on the open cuts which was all over the place bc she missed my cuticles a lot. I ended up saying nevermind to the whole thing and just left with top coat. The people at the front desk had me pay the full $30 for a clear top coat, bloody fingers and uneven, sharp, lop-sided nails and had the audacity to ask for a tip. The woman didn’t say sorry or thank you, nothing, her and her friend simply looked at me blankly and walked away basically ready to go to some party her and her friend were talking about going to after attending me. She also said yes when i asked if she knew how to do cat eye looks with gel and then proceeded to watch a YouTube video in from of me. I was open to doing something else if she didn’t know and that should’ve been the first red flag. Do not recommend this place at all. For sure the worst experience I’ve had at any nail salon and i don’t think anything can top it. Below is what i asked for and the other pic is was i left with. They will find a loophole to have you pay so don’t even bother.

I went without checking the reviews first.
I got a great customer service, the lady who assisted me made sure to show me various color options since I was undecided. The environment was great, very cheerful.
At the time I went was empty, so I got assisted right away

They should close the place. That is a literal chicken coop, a lot. You don't feel relaxed at all. The Girls who fix your nails start talking to the other workers when you are getting your nails done. Also the service is terrible. There is no privacy towards the client, I have gone twice and the 2 people I dealt with asked me; How long have I been in the country, where I'm from and fixing her personal work problems in front of me and talking about it and furiously working on my nails. Etc. as if you were in the police and not in a manicure. In short, it is a lack of respect, after working so much and receiving bad attention because I didn't even like the work they did either of the two times I went. We must educate ourselves in every place where customers are served, we are people who visit a place to be well served and relaxed, that all people in this country work hard and honestly and we need good service, because that is what we pay for, it is not free. Do a job with quality, efficiency, and be polite and stop asking clients what they are not interested in. Because your thing is to fix. Earn the trust of your clients in another way, that's why you don't have to hover the cursor. Thank you for reading my humble comment. I wish you the best. And I hope they improve.

HAD to leave! Was choking on the fumes! Four technicians working with acrylic!!! Inadequate ventilation in such a small space. Obnoxious, loud staff speaking in Spanish at the top of their lungs! Yikes.
