Worst customer service. I asked to double check an item that says there were 2 in stock. He didn't even bother to look. Just insisted his system said none and the online system was wrong.

Ruined my son’s birthday. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but MELISSA the manager left me no choice. I ordered a PS5 and a few other items for PICKUP the next day. Next day comes I get an email confirming that my order is ready for pickup. Get to the store and I come to find out I accidentally put my nickname instead of my government first and last name. And she refused to give me my ps5 because I didn’t put my first name only last name. Even though I’m showing her the CONFIRMATION email and literal transaction on my bank account. I understand some people can get away with manipulating technology to get a free item but I’m literally showing you the receipts. With all that being said I told her not to cancel the order because I was going to figure out this situation. She said no and cancelled the order without my permission and now I have to wait a week to get refunded my $700. Got my ps5 from Best Buy whilst using the same nickname and no issues. Some people don’t deserve customer service jobs if they can’t handle the job

Do NOT bother calling or going to this store. They will not pick up the phone. They will inadvertently avoid the last 30 minutes of their job to get out of work the easy way. On top of that, the store manager wanted me to buy a PS5 Pro for a disc drive on release when I told her my situation that I already have one from best buy she gave me the run about and told me if I want she can order it online, and I left and just called another store to see if this was true and figures out the store manager lied.

"Their employees don’t feel like working, the store closes outside of its schedule. They never answer the phone and when you ask for help, it annoys them. In short, if that store closes, I wouldn’t miss it at all. The worst customer service."
