I just called about a collectible figure that in another GameStop they told me that this store had it and since they answered me it was in a very bad way a lady who answered me and said to me like this "ma'am, I don't have anything like that here" very unpleasant, and I even asked her about another worker there who is very attentive and she told me that she didn't know who I was and started laughing at me without even having hung up the phone, in my opinion they should take action with that lady because they are going to lose a lot of customers like me who buy a lot and also I'm a member of that store, let's try that today I'm going to go to the store in person to see if she laughs in my face

Today at 2-7-25 around 10:45 am an employee showed up to open the store that supposably has the Pokemon blooming waters that releases in store today but he pointed at the door that it was sold out. How does it get sold out before the store opens? When he opened the store now he says he didn’t received the packages. Next time don’t give false information outside that gets people upset.

The associate that opened the store today (he had glasses on, didn’t catch his name) was very rude and unprofessional. There was a line waiting for the new Pokémon cards that were supposed to release today first come first serve. As soon as he arrived he yelled at everyone that was in line saying “why are you guys here ?! There’s nothing here for any of you, just leave.” I understand if this GameStop didn’t receive a shipment but there’s a way to talk to your customers that have been waiting in line for hours becuase the GameStop official website said the store will have them today. That’s not the consumers fault for not knowing, GameStop you gave train your employees to properly know how to communicate with your customers. At the end of the day the customer is what are keeping your doors open, very unsatisfied with the way he expressed himself. Do better

Unprofessional behavior of one of your employees, Yoaska (female worker) , during my recent visit to your store I approached the counter to process a return, the employee did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. Despite my attempts to explain my request, they refused to assist with the return, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. Their dismissive and rude attitude made me feel disrespected and unwelcome as a customer.
I have always appreciated good customer service, but this experience was unacceptable. I believe employees should be held to a higher standard when interacting with customers. I urge you to address this situation seriously, whether through retraining or disciplinary action.
I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to handle this matter.

Came in with my husband and son on 12/27 around 3:00pm, the woman behind the counter has a crazy attitude. It seemed as if she was annoyed with costumers for just coming into the store. I purchased the game tekken that was the game my son wanted and she was just extremely unpleasant to be around. While shopping and looking around at other items there was a boy and his mom there and she spoke to them in such a disgusting tone. The boy was selling his Xbox one, at first the lady behind the counter didn’t even want to give him a price and instead started lecturing this boy who by the way looked no older then 12. Saying the console was disgusting and telling him very aggressively “you have no value here”. Then continued to try and convince the mom he wasn’t responsible enough for a ps5 which is what they were discussing to purchase. I come to this game stop all the time because it’s conveniently close to my house, I have fortunately never encountered this woman before and previously have had some amazing service and help from everyone else at this store. I didn’t get her name unfortunately but have provided date and time.

I wasn't going to leave a review but, after this situation got worse i have to at this point. Today I arrived at the store at 11:30 am and waited for them to open at 12. When Daniel opened the gates of the store I figured since we made eye contact that he would also open the door and greet me. He did neither. I proceeded to walk in through the door as he had his back to me walking away to the cash register. I then greeted him and showed him my cell phone so that he could see what item i was there for. I also presented a photo that stated that the item was avaliable for purchase today and in stock. Dainel look at my phone very quickly turned away and said that item isn't out yet sorry i can't sell it to you. First of all, you didn't even look at the photo how could u know. He was so quick to dismiss me. Anyways i said fine knowing that he was wrong and paid for a pre-order item that i was told i had to pick up Saturday. It is 2 o clock now and Daniel calls me back to tell me he made a mistake and the item I reserved was not the one i was looking for. So that i could go back to the store to pick up the original item i wanted. When i called him back and mentioned what time i could pass by he then told me its his lunch hour and has to be sooner. This is an extreme inconvence for me as i work a day job just like everyone else. Now my reservation will go to waste and my item will be gone if not picked up in the next 24 hrs. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PREORDER ANYTHING. DANIEL NEEDS A CLASS IN GENERAL MANNERS AND SHOULD BE WORKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE, ESPICIALLY AY AN ENTERTAMENT STORE. ALSO, VERY UN-KNOWLEGABLE. I have also attached the voicemail so that the Gamestop owner of this store can see that nothing I said is not true.

Staff is very helpful and nice. They also had a good variety of what we were looking for, and the store was clean and tidy. We'll be back!

Store opened at 12pm and its 1pm but no one is inside and customers are waiting outside but this sign says "be back in 15 minutes" who knows when they left, this is unacceptable, unprofessional and ridiculous plus they never answerthe phone! ?? AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!
