Store opened at 12pm and its 1pm but no one is inside and customers are waiting outside but this sign says "be back in 15 minutes" who knows when they left, this is unacceptable, unprofessional and ridiculous plus they never answerthe phone! ?? AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

Just bought Spider-Man two launch edition and Mr. Danyel told me that the game comes mandatory with a one year warranty and I can’t get it separate but I called GameStop they told me it’s not mandatory feel like I was oversold on something I didn’t ask for

cashier tried scamming me by telling me it's mandatory to pay 10 extra dollars for warranty on a item, she rushed the scanning process not allowing me to see what was being sold and skipped to the payment screen. i called her out and on it and asked her to backup to the previous page with the items/prices, she huffed and puffed and said fine whatever i'm sure she does it frequently edit- found the receipt. her name is "yoaska" terrible terrible terrible fire

I was roobed in my car and the thief showed up in this GameStop store and make a fraudulent purchase with my wife's credit card for 900$. The store's staff did not ask for and ID or anything. Shame on them.!!

Manager was super helpful with stores who sold a Xbox and which ones to call, convenient when you need quick cash on games you don't use anymore or 100% completed 100 times.

bad customer services the guy who was there it was really rude , i was waiting for him 20 min he only have a person deciding for q controller and he did not pay attention to us, he do not like working with people that is really bad for a business he should have the training to be nice with people or he should fine a work on a kitchen with calderos

The employee Hector( FEB 22 2022 / 8 pm) that was working there had a spicy attitude… wouldn’t recommend going there. He just kept arguing while I kept my mouth shut, like I understand companies have policies and I respected him calling me out but to keep arguing at a person who isn’t even talking back is just really low.
