While visiting on Thanksgiving, we got a nail in our front passenger side tire of our SUV. Of course, we had to wait until the day after for a repair. I looked up tire shops near our hotel and Giant Tires caught my eye. I read their reviews and decided to go with them. Best decision! We were greeted by Kim, who came out and took an initial look at our tire. She was so kind and personable. She promptly informed a technician. What stood out for me is, she saw we had 2 little ones in their car seats and insisted they could plug the tire without us getting out. The technician confirmed it could be done. We were serviced in no time. If we are ever in the area and are in need of tire services, we will return to Giant Tire! Thank you very much! (Muchas Graciás!)

I'm a multi-vehicle, satisfied repeat customer of Giant Tire. First, the customer service is fantastic. The guys warmly greet me each time, are friendly, and are attentive. Second, each service is clearly explained, and there are no surprises. Third, the mechanics are competent and trained to look for not only the service being performed but also for the overall health of the vehicle. Lastly, while the prices aren't the absolute cheapest, they are very reasonable and fair. After all, would you want to go to the absolute cheapest doctor for your own health? I'd rather go to a doctor who's highly competent and reasonably priced. Same applies here.
Bonus: Giant Tire is a family owned business. We're not supporting a large conglomerate based out of state or out of country. We're supporting Luis, his dad, his nephew, his entire family, and our local community.
Trust me. Take your cars to Giant Tire. You'll be very glad you did, and you'll become a repeat customer like me.

My wife took our car for a simple fix and they did a horrible job. Of course they refused to refund. They will try to deceive you as if you were stupid.
--- Your reply is a lie. You did a basic job that of course didnt work. The undercarriage was broken a few hours later. How can you possible argue that I hit something? If you'd have any decency you would either try to fix it well or refund the money

My husband stopped by to get some air. Mind you air is for free at the service spots and this guy named Luis told him is a $3 charge!!Absolutely disgusting to even say that to your customers. I would never ever do business or purchase my tires through them ever again!
