Very good attention when you have just arrived. It is a small place that can fill up and that is where the distance ends. If they call you in an emergency, be prepared to wait a long time, more than an hour, according to what they say... because the doctor can sometimes be delayed with another patient... but it is tremendous. appointment and you will see how time passes anyway

THE WORST!!!Every time you go in they ask for your insurance information cause their system never saves it.1 year ago was told to get a scrotal ultrasound, I did and was told to have a follow up appointment. They never called, or bothered to set up. When I went to set up they said too much time had passed and wanted a new ultrasound.I go to my own private doctor and get a script for an ultrasound, and call GMP to simply ask if they can provide me with a place to get the ultrasound that accepts Ambetter.They said to give that information I had to book an appointment with them, because I had taken the liberty of going to another doctor to get the script.They don't care about your health. They are horrible customer service.Unorganized. This is the place that makes you hate doctors.

After Cano medical taking over this medical office this has has been the worse medical office experience ever. To start they are understaffed and no one knows anything. The office staff is completely lost and while one tells you one thing the others are oblivious to the information. Making it a total medical office fiasco. On a very positive note, Dr. Mendizabal is amazing she's kind, knowledgeable and has impecable bed side manners. Carmen whose the Dr's assistant is just as wonderful,. Kudos to Dr Mendizabal and Carmencita .. So I hope that those who run Cano at a higher corporate level please take note of this office staff and ensure that they get better qualified personnel and or at least train those whom are there now to do a better job. It's a shame to have to give this business 1 star due to the office staff and their inability to handle simple medical office clerical work.

They saved my life! I was feeling very weak and needed a last minute consultation. Nurse Carmen insisted I come back the next day to do blood work as she feared my hemoglobin to be very low. She explained that if it was lower than 8 I would need to go to the hospital. I got the blood work as well as IV Fusion which helped boost my energy for the day. I was super impressed by Doctor Gloria. When I arrived the next day, she had read my whole file and knew exactly what was going on even though I was not her patience. She was able to get me an emergency consultation with Dr.Kohn a great gynecologist to treat my issues. 2 Days after my blood work I began feeling very weird, my heart was racing so badly and all I could remember is how Nurse Carmen said if its lower than an 8 I had to go to the hospital. I am so glad I listened as it was a 6 and I had to get blood transfusions. I am so glad I found GMP Medical! They are worth the drive from Davie!

I love this office! Ive gone to other doctors for the same issue and there has been no solution, Dr. Piedra really knows her stuff. If your looking for a doctor that will actually spend time with you shes the one. On my second visit I saw her ARNP, Carmen and she was just as good, you can tell she trained with Dr.Piedra. I feel comfortable seeing either one.

Horrible stay away from this chusmeria place. Staff is somewhat friendly but the doctor is horrible. Barely works, absent most of the week, and took a month and a half to lose an important paper she needed to sign from me after constantly calling to check up. Get this. She also misdiagnosed my bicep tendon tear as a minor muscle sprain and I actually needed surgery. Never going here again. As an aspiring physician, she is exactly what I DONT want to be.
