I had a great experience here a week ago on a patch for my run flat 🛞. I was quoted cheaper than 2 other places I called. The employee John at the service desk was amazing. Communicative, honest, & swift.

Wow what a bad experience I just had in this store! the worst customer service! I went to buy 4 tires for my car and a man at the counter treated me very badly. He asked tire model of my car and I couldn't tell myself and he came out with a rude word and making bullying with another customer who arrived after me. And by the way he told me you have to wait, super rude and complaining that i didn't know the measure. “How could I buy shoes without knowing the size number”. I just turned around and left! I was a casual customer here and even always recommended it to my family. Done today!
