Absolutely rude as hell. The way they speak to people is completely unprofessional and condescending. I don’t know who taught them customer service, but it clearly didn’t stick. If you enjoy being talked down to for no reason, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else where respect is still a thing.

Hector and his staff are always very helpful. I have had my car serviced at this location multiple times and every time I have received exceptional service. Great customer service and professionalism.

Had a fantastic experience at Goodyear thanks to Francisco, the assistant service manager, and his manager, Hector. Francisco went above and beyond to ensure I understood every detail and felt comfortable with the service. Hector also checked in, making sure everything was perfect. Their teamwork and dedication made me feel valued as a customer. Highly recommend this location—great service from start to finish!

I made an appointment for today at 5 in the afternoon, I arrived on time and the person they leave to assist the public is called Francisco, he told me that he did not have the filter for my car to do the oil change and that I could get it tomorrow, he made me waste my time and had no intention of helping me, I could order the oil filter from Autozone which is just 0.2 miles from there but he spoke to the commercial manager of the Autozone store, who told him that he had it and that he could send it to me if I ordered it and Mr. Francisco said that he could not order it from there, they did not lose an oil change job they lost a client because I do not plan to return there, for many years I visited this place and I recommend it no more

I remember when Goodyear used to fix flat tires for free, as long as the tires were Goodyear brand, straightening the trust on their brand. I bought a set of 4 tires a little less than 2 years ago, got one of them flat a week ago...and this location charged me $50 to patch it up in 10 mins, very disappointed. Any shop would charge $10 to $20, but I went to Goodyear because I trusted their brand and service...seems that I was mistaken. Im giving it 3 Stars because their service was fast and impeccable, but their pricing is nonsense.

After 6+ years of being a costumer. I feel super disappointed. I got my own brand new tires. Called for installation and they charging $50 per tire! Total of $200! Only to install! Alignment it’s $250! Ridiculous! After taxes around $500. Never went for it and lost a customer!
