I am the owner of a black 2024 mustang 5.0 gt, I bought my car 4 months ago, I pay about 1k dollars monthly just for the letter of this car, my car stopped working today, I sent the car to the tow truck at 9am I arrived at the dealer, 4pm no They have touched my car, they tell me that they will call me tomorrow that they are busy, something like this has never happened to me with a company, much less with a new car of the year, it should be a priority, well also there is no replacement car, and they tell me that I can't either take one and have them reimburse me, what can I tell you, I don't think I will choose Ford again to buy a vehicle, especially with this service...0 stars than 1 are too many.

I have a Ford car, this place is steps from my house, today February 1st, I was there with an appointment for 9:30, they did not serve me until 10:30, because Brayant was serving a customer with an extended warranty, which is not My problem, when he finally helped me, I went because I needed an oil change and check for signs that my Ford fusion hybrid car was giving, I delivered it at 10:45am and I was waiting until 4:30 for them to give me a diagnosis, everyone left except me, at that time Brayant told me it was the battery, that they were going to change it and the oil as well and I had to wait until 5:45 to take the car, all the workers asked me when they were going to give me the car, The service in this place is so depressing that it goes from being disrespectful to shameless, I saw everything, mistreatment of clients on the phone, hearing Renzo say that if the client's insurance did not cover what he was offering it was not his problem, The disrespect from others towards me, who is a sick person, was so great that that place defeated me, I was there for 7 hours, I just wanted my car and leave and never return.
Many photos on the walls, many awards, many photos of Mr. Gus, but all from the 90s when that place belonged to a respected Hialeah, now Gus Machado is a shame ??

Gus machado Ford, remember this name so you know where it is and NEVER come!!!, don't get on board, they have a terrible service, my car has been in for more than a month for a body shop, an 8 day solution and they are still doing stories "what if the lights, what if the electricity", the never-ending thing... don't come, it's not worth it.
