I chose Hercules to receive furniture that I ordered from Bernhardt for my personal use. I have been in the furniture business in several capacities for the last 30 years. The Hercules team was the most professional, from notification of receipt of my sofa to delivery. Their system is spotless, their customer service excellent and their delivery team as good. I cannot say enough about Hercules White Glove Delivery. From receiving to installation they have proven to be a tremendous business partner. From all of those involved in the back office to those on the jobsite for a whole house install - they are all fantastic!! Hercules is THE BEST!!! They worked on a huge project with us start to finish. Stored every item, received, inspected and then installed for us. They even sent a team to the Caribbean to install the project onsite with us. There were a few times where we would make requests to pack up items and in a pinch and they would do it. Very organized with their housekeeping pokerwork too. THANK YOU, HERCULES TEAM!!
