I think they are not friendly because if a person comes to ask about work, prepared with 15 years of experience in rubber, with his Lic. And they don't even let him speak and treat him inadequately, we wonder? Where is the humility of the human being in being able to serve people well and give an adequate response even if they do not have the position? This happens every day in many jobs. They not only treat the newcomer badly but also the people who have been in this country for years.

Moises & Oriana gave me excellent customer service being my 1st time buying parts here. Brake pads and rotor were at fair pricing and thankfully they had free delivery as my car was out of order and transportation from Doral was difficult.
I will definitely be purchasing from Hi-Tech if I need parts again. Thank you.

Terrible service, they charge you a fortune and what they do is useless. When you complain, the next day we took the truck back and took photos that the alignment did not work and that the truck swerved to the right. What we received were invalid excuses, they did not fix the problem and they did not want to return the money, which was $517. After an unpleasant spectacle, they only received $130, which according to them is the price of the alignment because the cost of the mechanic's labor was not refunded. Something that made no sense because what he did was a rubbish job
Don't go there, they are straight-up scammers. I don't recommend them even by mistake.

The service is useless. My husband took his f250 pickup truck for alignment and the least they did was that. In the end the truck was delivered with a right wing and the rudder was not straight as it should. The logo is crossed vertically. When we went to complain, they didn't care, my husband paid for a piece that they told him he needed to make it fit properly plus the 517 alignment. And when he asked for it to be fixed or the money returned, they told him that the only thing they would return was 130 because the hand Due to the mechanic's work, they couldn't return it. I asked him what labor because what I did was of no use. I do not recommend this place. They are a fraud and they donate to you shamelessly. If they can't make the arrangement

I do not recommend this store because I bought several parts, of which I ordered a head baler, and they sent me a spacer, and I regret that they did not recognize that they made a mistake, preparing the shipment

If you don't have a lot of money, I don't recommend this workshop. They gave me an estimate and then charged me twice as much. They don't check the prices to see if it's right for you. They charged me 120 USD to put the scanner on and they never put it on.
