They don’t know what they’re doing — I don’t recommend them at all. They only care about getting a tip. Terrible service. For the transmission fluid change, they claim to have a “universal” fluid, but that’s a lie. Dodge vehicles don’t use that type of fluid, and it has cost me a lot to do several transmission fluid changes to remove it and get the correct fluid in.

I went in for an oil change, and unfortunately, they forgot to secure the screws on the under cover of my car, leaving it loose and scraping the ground. I was initially frustrated and worried, but when I contacted the manager, Yasel, he handled everything remarkably well. His customer service was excellent, and he resolved the issue within just a few hours.
We are all human, and mistakes happen, but what truly matters is how they recover from them. That’s why I’m giving 5 stars—because of the outstanding service and professionalism of Yasel and his team.

Hialeah and 68 street. Please check your oil if you have done it in this place and this people will not take responsibility. Wasted 145 dollars and time. There was oil in my driveway so I told my husband to check the oil in the car since it was done 2 das prior with Mobil 1 full synthetic oil 10w30. To my surprised the oil was in the metal part of stick. We spend 2 hours draining the oil with a syringe. You can see the oil is black. I had more the a quarter of oil overfilled for it to be at the right level. They did not drain the old oil completely and left a lot and then on top of that when contacted they do not refund money or take any responsibility, their incompetence becomes your problem and fault really professional. This people are a scam. Go to a place that they know what they are doing and not sloppy. Never again.Not very honest people.
Porfavor piense dos veces antes de ir a este lugar. Dejaron mas de quarter filled en el carro mio y el aceite negro 2 dias despues de cambiar y despues pones escusas estupidas para no devolver el dinero por su incompetencia. Mas nunca gaste 145 dollares y bastante tiempo. Ojala que no les pase a ustedes. Trabajan

Spectacular attention and the best price. Fast and efficient in their work. Good recommendations. Good location. I suggest going early in the morning. Very good attention. I do regular services every 5000 miles and it's worth it, everything is recorded in a system that they have and everything runs with confidence.
