I used to be a loyal customer to the shop since I was eight years old. I got my first bike there since my last experience tuning my bike , I was quoted $30 to complete the brakes but it was each and I misunderstood the price for the tuneup. Total price came out to $150 completely outrageous ! I suggest calling other shops for the 1/3 of the price

Just moved back to the neighborhood, my daughter just into bike riding. So I decided to fix my ol' GT mountain bike. Needed a tire and tube. I decided to stop at hialeah schwin. Can't believe the place is still around. It's like the OG hialeah bike shop. I was attended to promptly and friendly. It did my heart well to see the same old man owned the shop. As I of yesterday that makes 40 years of buying and maintaining bikes with them. Their prices are on par with online ordering etc... At least here you know what you are getting, and you have the pleasure of supporting local business. Definitely check this place out .

my experience dealing with this shop dates back since late nineties and honestly cant complain, BUT! as of late the older gentlemen that owns this landmark establishment is a bit grumpy and somewhat intolerant . the statement that they dont perform maintenance on E bikes is truly unfortunate. Luckily there are many other very willing repair and salea shops in the South Florida area. quite a shame though.

I asked for the changes to be checked and for them to inflate my tires by putting filler in the wheels since it is tubular, they told me 69 dollars and today when I came to pick up they told me 96 dollars. You have to be clear with the client, otherwise you will never see them again. I think it's a little expensive to charge almost $100 for what they did to him. Whatever it is, it's my experience.

Been coming here for years, great work and attention to detail and good prices.. always honest and does things the right way which is number 1 priority when choosing a bike shop for repairs or upgrades

When I go to my friends shop at 41St Auto,Inc, I go into tge Schwinn shop, next door for tubes, lube and whatever I need. Great service and shop.

Took a student's old bike to get fixed. Shop replaced a few parts and didn't want to charge me. "Paying forward ", they called it. I'm a customer for life.

The team at the Hialeah Schwann Cycle were so courteous and helpful. They were willing to try to assemble my daughters bike with less than i days notice at a reasonable price. You guys made her day. Thank you.
