This place has an extremely unreasonable delivery service. The delivery person brought my ordered item but left with it again without any final confirmation from me. Do not use this service—it’s a waste of time and money.

I've been waiting for more than thirty minutes for someone to tell me and no one comes. I went to customer service to ask and didn't get a response either. Short staff and when I asked another worker he told me there must be someone on that line with no interest in helping, to which I responded I guess yes, thank you. In fact it is plumbing line 9 and no one ever showed up.

Lots of people loitering outside, trash everywhere, whole place smells like urine, carts left everywhere. Probably the worst Home Depot location I’ve ever been to.

I ordered a refrigerator thru their website and driver/delivery team came out of this location….From the get go driver had a horrible attitude,spoke no English,and insisted I accept the alleged “New” refrigerator which had a dent.Driver got irate and just left with the refrigerator

My opinion of this place is horrible, I made an order to pick up, they gave me a code and when I asked they told me, in costume service they serve it, the line was huge, I was there for a long time and I left, I didn't move forward, several customers, anyway yes I make that order that is paid, I think I shouldn't wait, because that place is the worst and the employees mostly ignore you😡 and I put a star because otherwise it won't let me publish my opinion, for me I wouldn't put any because now I don't save time, because I have to go back to that horrible place, and think that we all spent thousands of dollars there😡😡😡😡😡
