So, every time I get an Instacart order from Home Depot, I stop at the Garden to see what Orchids they have available (for MaMaJuana's garden), and sometimes we win big!

We were waiting for the one who cuts the wood for more than half an hour, every time I asked him he said give me a moment and he left again. Very bad service, not to mention that days before I went and they cut the wood out of measure, I tried to explain it to the man and in very bad form he didn't pay any attention to me. I should have left like I did yesterday, I won't be back there again, they should have better care. Terrible service 😡

We made the mistake of going through Home Depot to hire a contractor to install our gas hot water heater. They referred us to Art Air Conditioning and Plumbing. And it’s been a nightmare! The job was started on September 30, it’s now mid-January and it’s still not done! There is a permit issue which has still not been resolved. Since we couldn’t get a response from the vendor we reached out to Home Depot for help. They proved to be useless. They give you the run around and don’t help you with vendor issues at all. We paid through Home Depot, but they are now saying it doesn’t involve them and to deal with the vendor directly. Obviously, we aren’t getting anywhere with the vendor. Since Home Depot collected the money, shouldn’t they be able to help with this issue? Never using a Home Depot vendor again!!
