Home Depot is becoming less friendly every day. There is never any staff to assist you, there are bars to protect the tools, and there are no employees to open them for you. I would never recommend them.

The associate I found in hardware Marco helped me today .I walked in looking for a solution to get my key out of my car and he went out of his way while he was putting away his returns to help me .Truly a great associate !
Give the man a raise!

I need to buy something that was locked and the person who had to do with it never showed up. I saw the manager and she told me she was going to send it and they never attended to me. I had to leave without what I needed. I don't recommend them.

I had a major issue with the delivery personnel he was very nasty and inrresponsible since he didn’t want to bring for en the range I had order after 2 atemps of dates of delivery dindt care if we had a range or not never wil buy at Home Depot !!

non-professional contractors in HVAC, I do not recommend it, two weeks of waiting and they never gave the estimate, they canceled the appointment without prior notice, they let me know when I called because they were not there on time if they are a disaster to sell, to solve a profit they must be worse.

My mother purchased a Glacier Bay faucet from Home Depot in December of 2023. At the beginning of April a sensor went out on the faucet. After contacting the customer service, which she thought would actually be Glacier Bay, turned out to be Home Depot and she has been getting the run around ever since!!!!! It is now June 6th AND SHE IS STILL WITHOUT WATER in her kitchen due to their inadequate and horrible customer service. She is an elderly woman and she has been contacting several different people about this! And no one is helping her! Not Home Depot, and certainly not anyone at Glacier Bay. DO NOT PURCHASE GLACIER BAY PRODUCTS, ESPECIALLY FROM HOME DEPOT!

Wish the workers were more helpful. They see you coming they run or say they helping someone else but you don't see the other person. The products I purchase to try and grow grass worked. Don't know how the finish product would be but the start looks promising
