I went there to get gaming items for a gift for my husband. Victor was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get what my husband needed, even when I had no concept of the games. If he didn't have it in stock, he ordered it and discretely boxed it so that when I had to send my husband to retrieve it, he didn't know what it was. Victor is excellent with his customers!

I have been going to Hrodrick's Tower since it opened. I play there multiple nights and look to Victor for all my gaming needs. I don't consider Victor a business relationship but more of a personal friend. In the time I have known him, I have seen him build these kinds of relationships with many of his customers. Victor is a caring, knowledgeable merchant who values his customers.
