Went to change a 30k check. They said that they don’t have enough money and that I have to wait for a week to order the money because I I’m not a bank client. Can’t believe that a bank doesn’t have 30k or just like the manager said to the employee tell that you know.

This location has housed many different bank names but it has always been the bank for me. Sarah Bacallao, Bank Officer, has been my friend since arriving from Cuba and applying for my first car loan. Regardless of the name that the bank has had, I have stayed a faithful customer and plan to continue. The Bank officer that I deal with now, Amelia, is excellent, and when the bank charged me for bank fees, i called them and told them I had never paid that and they removed the charge. Now, they are working hard at developing customer relations, and have sent several e-mails, even conducting a rewards contest. Highly recommend if what you are looking for is a bank that listens.
