Customers and Contractors BEWARE!!! David Guttentag with Innovative Global Surfaces, LLC does not pay his bills. We were hired as a subcontractor to perform work at his house. He told us we did a great job and there was no problems with our work, however, we have never been paid in full. I believe we are just one of many. He is a master con and a professional at stall tactics!!!
